L’esposizione è all’Ara Pacis fino al 17 febbraio, e ripercorre la straordinaria carriera di Mastroianni, dagli esordi nel 1948 alla collaborazione con il Maestro Federico Fellini. Più di 100 film tra gli anni Quaranta e la fine degli anni Novanta, e molteplici riconoscimenti internazionali: 3 candidature all’Oscar come Miglior Attore, 2 Golden Globe, 8 David di Donatello, 2 premi per la migliore interpretazione maschile al Festival di Cannes e 2 Coppe Volpi al Festival di Venezia.
Un attore di enorme popolarità, ma su cui c’è ancora molto da scoprire. La mostra racconta tutta la vita e la carriera di Marcello Mastroianni, e raccoglie i suoi ritratti più belli, i cimeli e le tracce dei suoi film e dei suoi spettacoli. Un percorso fatto di scritti, testimonianze, recensioni, fotografie vicino agli altri grandi nomi che hanno fatto la storia del teatro e del cinema italiano.

Happy New Year to all of you from No 9 Colosseo Luxury Suites! And what better way to start 2019 than to visit the exhibition on the beloved italian actor Marcello Mastroianni?
The exhibition is at the Ara Pacis monument until 17th of February, and traces the amazing career of Mr Mastroianni, from the beginning in 1948 to the collaboration with the director Federico Fellini. More than 100 movies between the Forties and the late Nineties, and many international awards: 3 Academy Award nominations for Best Actor, 2 Golden Globes, 8 David of Donatello, 2 awards for the best men’s interpretation at the Cannes Film Festival and 2 Coppa Volpi at the Venice Film Festival.
An actor of huge popularity, but on which there is still much to discover. The exhibition tells the whole life and career of Marcello Mastroianni, and collects his most beautiful portraits, memorabilia and traces of his films and his shows. A journey made of writings, reviews, photographs together with the other big names that have made the history of Italian theater and cinema.
The exhibition awaits you every day from 09.30 am to 07.30 pm.
